Introduction of Santa Brake Group
Lazihou Santa Brake Co., Ltd, Santa Brake in short, was set up in 2005, now has more than 15 years’ experience in brake disc and brake pads manufacturing sector.At the first beginning, Santa Brake is a Chinese factory that only produces brake discs and brake drums for automobiles, supplying mainly to large customers in the United States.
With the expansion of production scale and market expansion, we have developed North America, South America, Australia, Europe, Middle East, Africa and other markets.The factory output and sales volume keep growing 20%-40% every year. Gradually, we have accumulated a large number of customers, and our products are sold worldwide and have been recognized by a large number of customers.
Since there is a large demand for brake pad products from brake disc customers, we gradually started to get involved in the business of brake pad products.In 2010, we set up a brake pad production plant in Dezhou City, Shandong Province, and this brake pads factory has achieved rapid growth by relying on Santa Brake’s large customer resources and industry reputation.
The brake pad products have grown from less than 300,000 sets sold annually to more than 2 million sets sold annually. Our brake pad factory has become a strong sector of the Santa Brake Group.

Brake Disc Factory Overview
Our brake disc factory mainly produces brake discs and brake drums for all kinds of vehicles, covering passenger cars, Commercial Vehicles, construction machinery vehicles, railroad vehicles, etc.
Our factory has passed TS16949 system certification and some brake disc products have E-mark R90 certification. We have 3500+ models, covering almost 80% of the aftermarket models.
Special designs include: Drilled and Slotted brake discs, Geomet brake discs, black painted and color painted brake discs and brake drums, Zinc treated brake discs, etc.
78% of our products are exported to North America and Europe, and our products meet SAE3000, DOT and ECE standards. These markets are globally recognized as strict markets for product quality, and we are able to meet the needs of our customers in those markets.
In the factory, we have a full process quality management system. We have a clear process and control manual from the purchase of steel raw materials, entry to furnace testing, product machining, balancing, packaging, testing, etc.
It is this pursuit of quality and careful control that has enabled us to export our products to more than 50 countries around the world over the years, and has been well received by our customers.

Brake Pads Factory Overview
Our brake pad factory mainly produces automotive brake pads and brake shoes. Also, our factory has passed TS16949 product system certification and some of our products have E-mark R90 certification. Our products are exported to North America, Europe, Latin America, Australia and other regions.
After years of development, we have a mature brake pad formulation system, semi-metal, ceramic and low metal are our three most mature formulations. After more than ten years of continuous optimization, these formulas have been well accepted by our customers.
The product models are more than 2,000 and are under continuous development, which enables us to cover most of the common models in the market.
Through years of technical accumulation and whole process quality control within the factory, our products are noiseless, low dust, good friction coefficient, comfortable brake braking, and at the same time have super cost performance.
We have the first-class laboratory and equipment in China, which plays an important role in formula development, formula testing, and daily product inspection, thus providing us with a strong guarantee to produce better quality products.
