Our Products Category
Plain brake discs are most commonly used product by 80% of customers. Plain brake disc is manufactured according to OEM standard without any surface treatment and additional machining. This is more cost effective for this kind of brake disc.
In addition to good looking, drilled and slotted brake rotors can also effectively dissipate the heat caused by braking and the dust dropped by brake pads. Some customers looking for more extreme experience in braking are suitable for these brake rotors.
Geomet brake rotors also have better corrosion resistance than regular brake discs, in addition to good looking. The brake rotors are free from rusting. The Geomet brake surface also makes the brakes more comfortable during the first brake with brake pads.
This type of brake rotors is painted with a black paint on the brake rotor hat and the edge of the disc. The main function is still for good looking. The anti-rust function is worse than Geomet brake discs. Due to the cheap price, it is still liked by many customers.
Nowadays many customers are also buying brake discs with Zinc surface treatment, which are available in silver or black. The main effect is still rust prevention and good appearance. Since the price of black zinc is higher, people use silver zinc commonly.
These brake discs are superficially indistinguishable from ordinary brake discs. They are high carbon brake discs because of higher carbon content in material. high carbon brake discs have better braking effect under continuous high-speed braking circumstances.

Many people are interested in the detailed production process of the brake disc Manufacturer and would like to have a more in-depth understanding. I would like to introduce to you the following information based on the situation of our brake disc factory.
Raw Material Inspection
The raw material of brake discs is mainly iron scrap and bread iron. The auxiliary materials are mainly some alloy materials, such as ferromanganese and ferrosilicon. These alloy materials are mainly used to improve the hardness, toughness, tensile strength and other performance indicators of the brake disc material.
After the materials enter the brake disc factory, we will first test the above materials. The qualified materials will be stocked.
Sand Treatment and Core Making
The casting of brake discs requires the use of sand for molding, and we need to make different Cores according to the brake disc molds, so as to match the brake disc molds to make the brake disc casting bodies.
Melting
The raw material is melted in the electric furnace of the brake disc factory and used to make the brake disc casting body to obtain the brake disc blank.
Furnace Inspection
Before pouring, the chemical composition of the iron is tested in our brake disc factory to ensure that the material is acceptable and stable. Each furnace is tested and samples are kept.
Machining
The resulting brake disc blanks are sent to the brake disc factory’s machining department. Roughing and finishing are performed at one time, as well as machining for punching, grinding and dynamic balancing.
Coating
For brake discs that require surface treatment, our brake disc factory will treat the discs accordingly such as drilling and slotting, Geomet surface treatment, Zinc surface treatment, etc.
Cleaning and Packing
The finished brake discs are spray cleaned with anti rust oil to remove any debris from the disc process and to saturate the discs with rust inhibiting oil. The discs are then packaged in plastic bags and packed in customer specified cardboard boxes. In order to facilitate handling, brake discs are generally packaged on pallets.

How to Choose a Brake Rotor Manufacturer
Choosing a brake rotor is an essential part of maintaining a vehicle. It is a vital safety feature of the car, but there are many different types of brake rotors. Each type of rotor has its own unique features, which means it is important to choose the right one for your car. There are six different types of rotors available, and each has its own advantages.
Brake disc China
Brake rotors are one of the most important wear items in your car. They are not only essential for safety, they also make a huge difference in the performance of your vehicle. While most people buy a cheap set of rotors just to get by, you should really be paying attention to the quality of your rotors. This way, you’ll avoid wasting your money on an inferior product.
First, you need to understand what type of rotor you need. Different types of rotors are made with different mounting methods. Some are bolt-on, while others are center-lock. The type of rotor you choose should be compatible with your caliper and wheel hub.
When choosing a brake rotor manufacturer, make sure that you check the quality of the disc. The best quality brake discs are made with the best materials. For example, if you want a brake disc that meets OEM standards, then you should look for a manufacturer that uses high-grade cadmium. This type of material has higher durability than zinc-coated discs. It also works well in different conditions and withstands extreme temperatures.
Drilled rotors are a good option if you live in a rainy area. Drilled rotors offer better “wet bite” and help the braking process. They also allow water to escape and are therefore more effective than unskilled ones.
If you have a Mercedes-Benz or BMW, chances are the manufacturer will offer a brake disc that will fit your vehicle. For European vehicles, this is a smart choice. Another manufacturer that makes a quality brake discs is Santa Brake Parts, Inc. This company is part of the largest brake manufacturer in China. Their rotor range is available in many styles, from low-carbon to high-carbon.
Brake disc factory
If you’re considering a brake disc replacement, you can find a variety of options to meet your needs and budget. Some types of brake discs are made from a composite material, while others are made from steel fibers. Regardless of the type of material you choose, it’s important to ensure that the disc is made to meet the manufacturer’s quality standards.
Disc brakes, for example, are usually made of gray cast iron. Brake pads, on the other hand, are composites with 10 or more constituents. These materials are compressed using a process called hot-pressing. They may have a variety of compositions, ranging from binders to fibers to frictional additives and fillers.
Discs with different thicknesses will experience uneven pad transfer. Most discs diagnosed as “warped” are in fact due to uneven pad transfer. This causes discs to vary in thickness so that a driver will feel it when pressing on the brake pedal. Thicker sections will experience higher levels of stress than thinner ones. As a result, the disc will be more prone to breakage, cracks, and other problems.
If you’re in the market for a new brake disc, it is important to know the brand name of the factory you’re considering. A trusted name in the automotive industry will be able to guarantee the high quality of its products and meet OEM standards. A manufacturer should be able to provide you with a wide range of options to meet your needs. You can look for a factory that has a reputation for providing high-quality brake discs.
Discs with slots or holes are more durable than discs without these features. They have a higher friction coefficient, which means better grip and braking performance.
Brake disc suppliers
In order to get the best performance from your brakes, you need to choose the right brake rotor for your car. Choosing the right rotor is crucial for the safety of your vehicle and its driver. If the rotor is worn out, you should replace it. It is advisable to check the condition of your brakes regularly.
One of the ways to determine the quality of brake rotors is to look at their design. These components can come in two-piece or single-piece designs. Two-piece designs are heavier than single-piece discs. This factor can impact the overall weight of your car, which can affect its handling.
In addition to the quality of a rotor, the thickness and surface diameter are important factors that influence its performance. Choosing the right rotor can help your brakes perform better and last longer. In addition, choosing the right rotor will help protect the other components of your brake system.
OEM brake rotors are better than aftermarket ones because they are made by the car manufacturer and are compatible with the brake pads and are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. OEM brake rotors may also last longer, depending on the type of driving style you follow. In addition, coatings are available to improve the durability of the rotors.
When looking for a quality brake rotor, consider the manufacturer’s experience and reputation. Brembo, for instance, produces 50 million rotors each year and has a global distribution. EBC Brakes is another well-known manufacturer that supplies high-quality brake rotors. The company has been around since the mid-90s and has become a leading brake disc manufacturer.
Chinese brake rotors
When it comes to brake rotors, China is a logical choice. Not only have they put people into space, but they also manufacture computers and smartphones. Moreover, they can produce more complex products. In fact, brake rotors are easier to make in China than in other countries, which means machines do most of the work. And Chinese brake rotors will perform just as well as those made in Detroit or Stuttgart. But before settling for Chinese brake rotors, buyers must make sure that the manufacturer has good quality control and can meet their requirements.

FAQ
Yes, you can see that we are, professional China brake disc factory. Since we are a group company, we have both brake disc factory and brake pad factory, and the two factories are two separate factories.
But we are able to sell both brake discs and brake pads and other products under the name of Santa Brake.
You are welcome to customize your brand. 80% of our orders are actually produced under our customer’s own brand. Our brake disc factory’s own brand is only sold in China.
Since customized branding involves packaging, design, brand planning, etc., if the brake disc order is too small, our cost cannot cover these possible costs. So generally, we require that if you need to order your own brake disc brand, our MOQ is 1-20 GP. A 20 GP requires roughly 3000-4000 pieces brake disc products.
Of course, if you can’t reach the MOQ, but you can pay the cost incurred for customizing the brand, then our brake disc factory can also support it.
After the brake discs are produced, they will be coated with rust-proof oil and packaged at the brake disc factory.
First of all, the brake discs will be packed in a transparent plastic bag in the brake disc factory, and then the plastic bagged brake discs will be put into cartons. Each carton contains 1 or 2 brake discs.
These cartons are then placed on a pallet and packed. A typical brake disc pallet is 110cm*110cm*110cm. The brake disc factory calls this a standard pallet.
Such pallets can hold 20 pieces of each 20GP, which is exactly what will fill the container up.
The brake discs are usually shipped by sea in 20GP. Our general trading method is FOB Qingdao, our brake disc factory will deliver the discs to your freight forwarder’s designated warehouse in Qingdao port, and then the subsequent transportation is done by your freight forwarder.
The brake disc factory has a particularly heavy financial pressure on the production process, so we generally only accept 30% prepayment and 70% payment before shipment.
Of course, for regular customers, we can also accept 70% payment after shipment with bill of lading.
Delivery period is generally about 60 days.
First of all, we are a reputed Chinese brake disc factory and we are formally registered with the Chinese government department.
Secondly, we have 15 years of business history, if not for the good quality and low price, we are unlikely to survive until now. In addition, we sell to more than 20 countries worldwide and have more than 50 overseas customers. If needed, we can provide some sales records and positive comments from other customers, so that you can increase your confidence in our factory and products.
In fact, with the increasing transparency of information nowadays, there are fewer and fewer dishonest or questionable Chinese factories, and those who remain in the market now are basically some reliable factories like us.
