The minimum order quantity is 50 sets of brake pads per model. For a brake pad order, the minimum order quantity is 3,000 sets. This is because if the minimum order quantity is less than 3,000, it will be more expensive for the brake pad supplier to arrange custom production. Thus, the entire brake pad order will not cover the cost incurred because of custom branding.
If you can afford the additional cost of customizing the brake pad brand, our brake pad factory is able to produce on a smaller MOQ basis.
Each set of brake pads is firstly packaged on the packaging line and then packed into a customized brake pad color box. Along with the brake pads, brake pad accessories such as brake warning cables are also packaged. Some customers also customize brake fluid packs, so the brake pad factory will purchase the brake pad fluid packs and pack them into the color box together with the brake pads.
Each set of 10 or 20 brake pads is then packed into a custom kraft box. The kraft boxes are then punched into pallets. Sometimes, in order to fit more brake pads into the container, the customer will request the brake pads to be packed directly into the container without pallets. This way 1 20GP can be packed up to 22,000 sets of brake pads. In contrast, the traditional pallet packing method can only hold about 13,000 sets of brake pads.4、How are brake discs traded and shipped?

It is usually 30% in advance and 70% before shipment. If the total amount of brake pad order is more than 200,000 USD, we can accept the letter of credit.
The delivery time for brake pad factories is generally 60 days. If the quantity of a single brake pad order exceeds 50,000 sets, then the delivery period needs to be 90 days.
